Because of FLOYD, we postponed our first meeting.

However, we now have a new Date and Time, so once AGAIN:

Remember Ed Neal, brought in by Provost Doane during the week before
classes started.

You remember Ed Neal, our teaching technology speaker, who inspired us
to seek new pedagogies and learning approaches.

Well, we have decided to begin where he left off.

On October 8, 1999, we invite you to attend a faculty development
roundtable and social, where we will have:

1. a teaching technology demonstration
2. good discussion on teaching and technology at CNU
3. good food
4. good drink

If you are interested in teaching-technology strategies, then please come join us.

The specifics are outlined below:

Who and What:

Specifically, Dr. Walter Wymer of the Department of Management & Marketing
will demonstrate how web-pages can be used in teaching and administrating
your courses.

When and Where:

October 8, 1999 at 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.  in  SC-150.

How:

Drive or walk over to the above.

Why:

Because you enjoy eating, drinking, socializing and exploring ways your teaching can be enhanced by technology.
