Stephanie Bardwell is an Associate Professor of Management and Department Chair for 2008-2011 of the Management & Marketing Department of the LUTER COLLEGE of Business & Leadership of Christopher Newport University. She is a Sam Walton Fellow, serves as Director of the Small Business Institute, Secretary of ODK, and Beta Gamma Delta. She is a graduate of S.U.N.Y. Albany with a cum laude Bachelor of Arts in History and Education; she holds a J.D. from Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco, California and a Master of Laws in Taxation from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law of the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia. She is an active member of the California Bar and New York Bar and specializes in business law, intellectual property and international standardization concerns.
